Conduct 1st interviews by our Recruitment Consultants -
Conduct 2nd interviews by our Recruitment Consultants in your presence -
Preparation of Interview Assessment Report with our comments for each interviewed candidate. The Report will include a proposed final shortlist with candidates who best meet the preset position criteria / requirements and who may proceed to the final interviews -

Our approach for our Employee Search and Selection Services is based on the following principles: -
Identify the job requirements and candidate profile requirements for each position -
Use of tailor made assessment tools (in collaboration with SHL Hellas and your organisations’ practices and needs) to match the specific requirements of each vacancy -
Complete of the assignment under strict timeframes -
If necessary, administration and evaluation of psychometric tests and Occupational Personality Questionnaires, as well as implementation of Assessment Centres -
CONFIDENTIALITY Should an appointed person terminate his / her employment within 6 months of appointment… for any reason other than the variation of the mutually agreed terms of employment, we will help you identify another suitable candidate. This will be done at no extra cost to you, except from out of pocket expenses should a new advert is placed to attract candidates. The whole fee quoted above will be payable if you recruit any of the candidates who came through the process within a period of 6 months from the date of commencing the process i.e. the first publication date of the advert. Administration and evaluation of the Verbal and Numerical Reasoning Tests (Greek) and the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (Greek)… will be charged based on SHL’ s cost prices. The implementation of Assessment Centres will be discussed on a separate proposal if requested by you.
